Department Philosophy
BTEC stands for Business & Technology Education Council
We are offering BTEC which is a two-year programme and is designed to be of the similar level of demand to IGCSE levels.
BTEC International Level 3 programmes allow learners to apply knowledge and skills to their local environment and context. Our mission is to help people make progress through access to better learning. We believe that learning opens up opportunities, creating fulfilling careers and improving lives.
Assignments give learners the chance to build knowledge and skills over time and deliver a complete, integrated project using a combination of knowledge, skills and behaviours. Students will get a grade for each unit - Pass, Merit or Distinction and can see how they’re progressing throughout the course.
